Our menu includes cookies, biscotti, cupcakes, cake jars and more, including our renowned fusion collection. In addition, we prepare custom cakes for all occasions, specializing in birthday and wedding cakes. Anjan’s Delights’ strive to bring excellence and perfection to each dish created.

About Anjan
Anjan - My journey began with baking in my mom’s kitchen using my grandma’s recipe. The first custom cake I made was for her 60th Birthday (Google to the rescue!). Needless to say, I was absolutely hooked on to the art of baking, and haven’t looked back since.
My journey
It all started in grade 11 when my peers were deciding their careers and I went to my parents to inform them of my interest in pursuing baking as a career option. They were very supportive, despite it being a non-conventional career choice at the time. Their encouragement and compassion is what enabled me to pursue my dream and aim higher.
After completing my high school graduation, I secured diplomas in Pastry Arts from Vancouver School of Pastry and Vancouver Community College. I then had the opportunity to train under the guidance of Ms Sahajbir Kaur, a distinguished chef responsible for the well-known SK Confectionary in Toronto. Since then, I have been continuously building my skill set by taking courses and learning from experts in the industry.
It was early 2019, about 5 years into baking professionally, when I came to the realization that my mom’s kitchen had gotten too small to fulfill the needs of our customers, and that I needed a bigger space than our home kitchen, to effectively fulfill the requirements of our customers.
Therefore, I started building a team and moved into my own dream Bakeshop on October 5, 2019. Few months later, the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak slowed the timeline for our future ventures and expansion. However, we are still grateful and proud of where we have reached and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with our family, friends and the community.
